Many employers offer flexible spending accounts to help their workers save money on health care costs. But now there's a similar benefit to help with the costs of getting to and from work.

Tax laws allow employers to set up flexible spending accounts for commuting expenses, including parking and the use of mass transit. These dollars come out of your paycheck before taxes, so it can save you money.
